Symes Zee, Dominica best blues man will delight you with his blend of blues, jazz and reggae! Sugars Coffee House does gourmet Coffee with a local Dominica twist. Their vegetable pizza is great. For classic French cuisine There is la Maison and Sea Lounge, both in Rouseau. The Sea Lounge is one of the Best French Restaurant in the Islands. Started By Gilles, a real French Man, with a delightful accent, the Sea Lounge will delight you with flovours and ambiance. The Fruit mouse melts in the mounth with the real tast of the tropics.
