The Chez OPHELIA Apartments are located at Copt Hall Estate in the Roseau Valley, comfortably close to the major attractions in the south of Dominica. The cottage apartments are still just five minutes from the capital city of Roseau and twenty minutes from the Canefield airport. The ten apartments are housed in five traditional Dominican style cottages.
